Solo Loop Band runs larger

I printed the sizing guide, checked with a credit card and all seemed fine.

My size was 11 - I just received my size 11 and it's loose.

Would I be able to exchange the band online?

Yes. You have 14 days to return a product from Apple.

I am lucky enough to live close to an Apple Store. I arranged a Genius appointment and they swapped my oversize Band. Delighted with the approach and the service
