No hand washing option os7 on my iphone8 ios14

Just updated phone and series 5 watch, the app does not have hand washing listed as an option, I’ve restarted both devices twice still not there. What went wrong?

I also have a series 5 watch.. updated to watchOS 7 a couple days ago.. If I press the crown to show apps, select Settings, and scroll thru the list I see Handwashing. If you get to Activity and App Store, it starts being alphabetical at that point. Just continue scrolling to Handwashing.

I see the same thing on my phone in the Watch app
