just downloaded iOS 14 and my external Logitech keyboard no longer works correctlyÖ the Z key returns a y, my y key returns a z, and lots of other Keks are messed up ß help !
Go to settings > general > keyboard > hardware keyboard and tap over at the right edge. Make sure your preferred mapping is checked (and NOT "automatic"). If qwerty is now qwertz, you probably have German instead of US checked.

Helpful advice - turns out I had a German keyboard in the mix, which for some reason had become the primary keyboard (almost certainly due to the iPadOS 14 update)
