I updated my phone to ios 14 yesterday but after that when im using CarPlay Audio usually 2-3 minutes into a song or by the second song, I start getting crackling sounds. please help

Took my Skoda Fabia into the dealership today for another issue and asked them to update the firmware of the head unit and it resolved the issue. Skoda know and there is a TPI out so it’s covered by warranty.
Anyone who tells you to change cables or changing anything on your phone is a moron. It has nothing to do with your phone but with your head unit.
head unit software version is now 8755. It works. Finally.
I have a Bose sound system in my 2019 GMC Sierra and the music distorts horribly..... I totally understand you
iOS 14.2 crackling problem persists, I got an iPhone SE 2020 and JBL Legend CP100. Hope Apple fix this problem in the next update

Same here, but Bluetooth sound quality is 1/2 what using the usb is.
spent $1300 on a car stereo only to have this happen. APPLE I LOVE YOU AND YOUR PRODUCTS BUT PLEASE FIX THIS!!!!!!!!!

My car stereo is useless, I got an old android phone to listen my tunes. Apple fix this!!!! I think we need some influencers to post more videos about this issue in YouTube and social media

No. I’m now on IOS 14.3 with my 12 Pro and still the same!
Same problem, iOS 14.4 with VW T6.1. No problems with android or IOS 13. Is there anybody who fixed it?
Me too, VW Transporter 6.1 - audio breaks up after 2-3 minutes.
