how will i able to retrieve the data from the iphone 6s device, which i was not using for more than year.
i was paying for the cloud storage.
Now i am planning to buy new device.
And i need to restore all the data to the new device.
kindly advice the process.

It's questionable if you will have an available backup to restore from but you can try checking if you do from another device (if applicable) --
