Option for user to turn off notification of clipboard (one app pasted from another app)

I just sent this message to Apple Feedback:

In iOS 14, there is an annoying new feature: A message telling me which app I copied and pasted from. This is annoying, distracting and not useful. 

I’m the one who copied the text, so I already know where it came from. Aargh! Imagine every time you walked from the bedroom to the kitchen, there was a message telling you that you walked from the bedroom.

Please eliminate these irritating messages ... or at least give users an option in Settings to turn this clipboard notification off.

Sure, I’ll repost it. But of course, as is typical with Apple, I don’t even see the delete button for my post. Hidden somewhere? Buried somewhere?

And I’m not actually off topic. The problem being described here is the same exact problem happening on my iPhone.

If Apple did some intense inside investigations I’m willing to bet the engineers who added this pathetic feature used to work for Android and came to Apple to disrupt and do pathetic things to have people switch back to Android. After they leave Apple, they'll head back to Android. With HR experience, I’ve witnessed this and big developers need to take caution in regards to hiring people from their competitors...in the end, both entities are losers in both business and respect.

No, we don’t. This happens when pasting between apps on my iPad. And it is making it impossible to work without constant distraction. I’m having to use my (windows) laptop for my writing now as the brand new iPad is useless. It’s not a feature, I don’t need it, I don’t want it. Please let me get rid of it.

This is extremely annoying, it happens dozens of times a day and is a huge productivity killer. I’m not even sure what issue this solves... every single time I’ve seen the notification, it’s because I’m the one who just copied something.... there also seems to be multiple notifications and they’re always exactly where I need to click on chrome/safari.

Please just make this something you can enable or disable (although it's unclear what problem this was solving in the first place), if Apple feels this is important allow customers to enable it, or **** enable by default but let those who want to disable it. It can literally make it impossible to fill out a form as these pop up everytime I copy some text to paste in. I know text was copied from Gmail, I did it!

I wish we could get this thread closed. Pages of comments that seem not to have read the first four pages... Apple doesn't monitor these so it seems pointless.

Click the down chevron to the right of “Helpful” & choose EDIT. Highlight & delete it. Replace text w “POST DELETED BY USER.” 👍🏼

Let the admins remove it. That’s what they're for.

I agree but it’s not just Apple that does it. I can’t tell you how many company boards I’ve been on that do that. I don’t know why.

This banner is useless and annoying. Remove it.
