How to fix stuck pixels on 2020 MacBook Pro?

My phone hit my 2020 MacBook Pro screen and now it looks like I have a bunch of stuck pixels. I was hoping somebody would know how to fix this. I noticed a bunch of red pixels as well as white spots on the screen.

MacBook Pro 13″, macOS 10.15
