My Apple ID is on lockdown

So I have an Apple ID on my phone right now. So I can you my phone. But I really want my old Apple ID from my old phone. I tried to rest it but I forgot my security questions. it’s not letting me get an email as it was sent to my Apple ID Apple iCloud email. so I can’t even look at the email ulesss I know the password. What can I do? I don’t wanna lose my stuff.

I can't remember any of my security info to sign in to my old phone iCloud How to I sign out of my old iCloud account if I cannot access the email address or remember my security questions. The iCloud has also locked me so I can't reset the security questioms

yes Eric nothing works. It won’t let me rest anything.

Also I have talk to Apple they said keep trying the birthday security questions that’s it or wait 8 hours then try again
