Apple Watch series 3: Hand washing doesn’t show up

You need to activate it in your setting in the watch app or in the settings on watch self.

As for many others (including me) this is an issue. Can this be some kind of localization issue? It would be strange if the bathroom facilities should be drastically different in Cupertino and the rest of the world (lik Oslo).

Hand washing app is only available for apple watch 4 and above.
