AirPlay Icon missing in iTunes

My AirPlay icon is missing in iTunes 12.10.7.3 (will not show any of my AirPlay Speakers or Apple TVs). Running iTunes in Windows 10 version 1909. BTW my iOS devices see the Airplay devices fine and another PC hardwired into the network shows the devices as well. This is what I have to do to get it to work. Disconnect my PC from my wireless network. Use my iPhone as a hotspot to log the PC into my network. Disconnect the PC from the hotspot. Reconnect my PC to my wireless network. Fixed. Works every time. Unfortunately every time the PC is rebooted I have to go through the same process. So I have a solution but it is a bit annoying to have to do this work around after every reboot. Anyone have ideas?
