All songs sold in the iTunes Store are in AAC format. You can create an MP3 version using these steps:

Convert a song to a different file format with the Apple Music app or iTunes for Windows – Apple Support


Or you can purchase songs in MP3 format from other sources such as Beatport or Amazon.


Songs sold in the iTunes Store are for personal non-commercial use.
