1 - Name contains cleanmymac
2 - Name contains macpaw
3 - Name contains totalAV
Any files that are found can be dragged from the search results window to the Desktop or Trash bin in the Dock for deletion.
FAF can search areas that Spotlight can't like invisible folders, system folders and packages.

Be aware that the iMac model you have was the slowest iMac offered by Apple at the time of purchase: 8 GB of RAM and a 5400 rpm hard drive. With that in mind it would help performance to limit what you have in your User Login Items to launch at boot time. Open apps when needed and close when done. Don't have apps running in the background full time. Also reboot at least 2-3 times a week to clear out temporary system, cache and swap files.
