If you can't receive email on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch
That article provides the steps to remove the account and add it back to the iPhone as well. However, if you've updated to iOS 14, you'll need to use the steps below to remove the account.
- On your iOS device, go to Settings > Mail > Accounts
- Tap the email account that you want to remove.
- Tap Delete Account.
