After having upgraded my iPhone 11 at iOS 14, I found that all my notes have been canceld form iCloud.
When I reopen the Note app after the upgrade from my iPhone, for a moment I saw all my 67 notes, but immediatly after all the notes have been deleted.

You can try -- Delete and recover notes on iCloud.com - Apple Support.
I’m having the same issue. I tried to sign out of Apple ID and go back in but that didn’t do anything. Ugh!
Signing out of iCloud on my iPhone then signing back in finally got my Notes to sync!
Wish that worked for me. :-(
Kicking and screaming, I signed out of iCloud and back in, and that fixed it.

It's disgraceful that Apple does not fix this problem!
My Notes have been erased from my Phone as a result of the 14.1 update, and I don’t have an iCloud account.
I’m not happy about this at all...
I’m absolutely devastated to lose all my notes too. I could cry with the information I had in there. Apple better fix this ASAP and somehow get our notes back!!!
Hi! I had the same problem. I just called Apple Support and the guy from advanced support just got my notes back! They have everything backed up. It took literally 5 minutes.
Same here. Lost my notes but only the ones synced to my Yahoo account. Anyone has that problem with Yahoo?
After the upgrade at iOS 14 all my notes in iCloud are missing.
