Ever since I updated to iOS 14, Apple Music plays on my phone constantly. I can’t turn it off or swipe it off the screen. I turned it off in settings but it’s still on ALL the time. This is driving me crazy. Please help.

To start, does this happen with any other app that plays audio, or just the Music app? Does it occur when using headphones or through the normal speaker?
Have you updated your iPhone to iOS 14.0.1? We released this update not too long ago. If not, let's backup and try that update.
