No trade-in kit

I just received my new iPhone. It did not have a trade-in kit and there are no instructions about where to send my phone.


I have read the How to prepare your device for trade-in article. It does not include instructions to return my old phone.

I recently did a trade-in. The trade-in kit was shipped a day after the device I ordered. My order was shipped by next-day delivery and the trade-in kit was shipped by a method so slow that I didn't know it was possible with FedEx. It arrived 5 or 6 days later on the west coast.
