I have Phonak hearing aids and the Phonak ComPilot Air II, a bluetooth device. I have it paired with my iPhone X, and would like to pair it with my MacBookPro. However, it will not pair. What can be done?

I have a Phonak ComPilot Air II bluetooth device that I cannot pair with my MacBook Pro. I have it paired with my iPhone. Can you advise re. pairing?

Defer to phonak support or their support website to see if it is compatible.
