ios14/watch OS7 problems so far

Not syncing health inputs (steps, standing, activities) between watch(5GPS) and iphone(8)

Huge battery drain on both phone(100-31% in 4 hours) and watch(85-55% in 4 hours)

Watch restarting and or locking when on wrist

Buttons icon "dissapears" when making a phonecall (e.g no picture of the phonesymbol)

Huge lag when looking trough personal emojis to insert into texts

Watch/phone registering standing, but not counting all hours, see picture (6 light blue only 4 counted yesterday the other way around 9 light blue 15 counted)

This must be the buggiest .0 ever released?

After any IOS or OS update I find that a few force restarts both your iPhone and your watch are needed.

First force restart your iPhone buy what ever method your version calls for. As soon as you see the Apple logo force restart your watch by holding in the crown and side button for 10 seconds till you see the Apple logo then release. Log into your iPhone and wait for your watch to boot, then log into it.

Failing that I'd try unpairing the watch from your iPhone then pairing it back setting it up as new.

I have done both.

Unpair/repair and restart of both.

There is still a descrepancy of about 500 steps between watch (~9500) and health app on phone (~9000). I would've understood it if it was the other way around, the phone collects step data from multiple sources (manual via health app, auto via phone and auto via watch). How can the watch count be higher? The battery drain is also awfull, I've recharged my phone twice today. Drain from 70-31% in 2 hours with normal use, usually my phone will last all day (100-30ish%). The watch is also losing battery faster than usual.

Somethings fishy, and when I talked to Alex on support, he knew nothing about the 100+ threads about problems with iOs14/wOS7 on this forum, or why the watch isn't syncing properly or the high battery usage.

Just came back from chatt with support. They want med to reinstall as new watch to see if that fixes my problem. No way I'm losing my 576 day streak and 50? badges to do unpaid buggtesting for Apple.

Went to bed yesterday with only 1000 steps difference between iphone health app and apple watch, woke up today with >4000 steps removed from healt app on phone.

The activity app on iphone and activity app on watch seems to be more or less in sync, but the standing graphs are buggy.

The sleep tracking is also fubar. From average 8:15 sleep a day, minimum 6 hours, I got 2:15 last night, with pulse dropping out during large portions of the night.

This release is extremely buggy, don't Apple do betatesting at all, it's not like its minor bugs or 3rd party apps only.
