Music not launching on AppleTV

For one of two user accounts, apple music is not launching. When the music icon is click, the music app displays briefly and then goes away.

Apple Music will not play on AppleTV Up until a few days ago, we were playing Apple Music from the subscription service. Now, when selecting a song, there is no audio. The TVos is updated automatically, we have turned the AppleTV off, then on again. Every other application plays without incident.
