I have Apple AirPod pros model A2190 and since I updated my phone to IOS 14 they have recently stopped working. They will connect to my phone, but when I go to open my music app or any video that admits audio my phone will glitch out

So I have Apple AirPod Pros model A2190 and since I updated my phone to IOS 14 they have stopped working. They will connect to my phone fine and when I take them out of the box they will make the tone of the ear detection. But when I go to open my music app or any video that admits audio it will not play any sound and it will glitch out my phone. I have reset my AirPods multiple times. Clicked “forget device” on iPhone multiple times and reconnected them and still the same problem. Anyone else having this problem or have a solution? Thanks.
