Macbook Pro Magic Mouse disconnects and lags when MS Teams call started

every time I join a MS Teams call my Magic Mouse connection is disconnected or it respond with long delay. After I hung up the call everything is back to normal.

Other bluetooth devices work:

• Logitech Keyboard K780
• Sony Headset WH-1000MX3

Seems like MS Teams takes over some bluetooth functions and it does not work well with the Magic Mouse.

If I try to connect mouse during the MS Teams call nothing happen (no error, nothing).
