iOS 14 update...importing photos

I’ve just updated my iPad Pro to iOS 14, and now can’t find the import tab in photos to download pictures from my digital camera. Where's it gone to?

Save Live Photos as Video Missing ios16 For a few years I’ve been saving Live Photos as video on my iPhone. Now that I have iOS16 that feature seems to be gone. Any chance it will come back???

I should have added that you need to have the SD card and adapter inserted for this heading to appear.

Kindly state precisely, exactly where the “Devices” menu entry is supposed to appear. What term is just above it and what other term is just below it on your screen. Thanks
