My Settings, Home Screen & Dock are set to Bigger and yet my App icons are a mixed bag of large and hard to read/see. I volunteer helping many seniors and this will be an issue for them. 13 worked just fine.

Thanks but I Did both of those before posting. After doing both a second time I posted the issue and screenshot. Have also toggled Homescreen & Dock between More & Bigger and no change.

This is bug of which we are seeing frequent reports in the Support Community. At present, there is no fix or lasting workaround for this issue. The issue of inconsistent scaling/sizing of Home Screen App/Folder icons also extends to the new-style Widgets - whilst the old style Widgets are seemingly unaffected by this bug. Some have also reportedly seen the issue affecting App icons within the Dock.

When submitting the report, ensure that you include details of your iPad model and installed version of iPadOS in the body of the report. The drop-down menu doesn’t yet include iPadOS 13.7 or 14.0.
Please do not rely upon others submitting this issue to Apple. History demonstrates that only those bugs for which sufficient reports are received will be assigned priority for remediation.
I cleared by Reset Erase all Content & Settings and restored from backup. The Apps are still installing but appear to be the larger size along with the larger text size. Seems to be back to normal. Thanks for the teplies!
Thanks. I did try to give feedback yesterday and noticed the drop down menu was not updated. Wanted to conduct more tests before submitting feedback on this issue. The Apps have almost completely installed now from backup after erasing all content and settings so that seems to be the only work around at this point if they retain their size over the next several days.
Try restarting your iPad. If that doesn’t fix it, go to Settings > Home Screen & Dock, and select ‘more’ and then ‘bigger’. Simply refreshing the settings should do the job.
