When I choose the ECG function on my new Apple Watch 6 I just get the screen ""Unable to install ECG Please try again later" Touching OK and watch just pings.
The ECG app is already installed under Health when viewing Watch Apps through my phone.
All the other Apps function perfectly.
Watch purchased in the UK and I'm based in the UK I understand that the function should work.
I've rebooted both phone and watch.
Any help would be appreciated.

Thank you. The feature seems to have activated itself so everything working well.
Just as a comment on my new watch I'm most impressed with the battery life. It has been about 30hrs and that is after couple of workouts, numerous texts and a few phone calls, sleep monitoring and me playing with all the features.
