APPLE MAIL does not accept my ATT.NET email address and password

same as subject all latest OS

Was it used in Mail previously? If so, delete any entries for the account in Keychain Access.

New password in Apple Mail preventing outgoing email I hope someone can help resolve a frustrating issue that I am encountering in Apple Mail. I have changed my password in 2 email accounts and updated all my associated devices. I now discover that I am unable to send email from 1 of these accounts on my Mac running macOS Monterey 12.6.2 although I can send email from this account from all my other iOS devices. Bizarre. Any ideas? Thanks in advance for any suggestions.
