VPN and introduction of Big Sur - any issues?
I'm thinking of installing a VPN on my Mac. Will the introduction of Big Sur create any problems with this? Does anyone have any recommendations about this? Thanks

Work with your company IT staff on how to best setup your VPN client. We don't know what VPN they use. Big Sur has not been released so can not answer questions specific to Big Sur.
If you are connecting a VPN tunnel to your workplace you need to use a client compatible with your workplace VPN server. You can't just go out and pick a VPN client independent of knowing what server you will be connecting to. When you mention NORD VPN it indicates to me that you are looking at Public VPN services. Stay away from these as they are in my opinion scams and do not provide any security.
Why are you thinking of installing a VPN? is this a private VPN to your workplace, school, or similar?
Yes. Working from home
Thanks - Much appreciated,.
I'm a sole trader and do consulting work. I haven't purchased a VPN yet but have reviewed a few eg: Nord.
I was hoping someone had done an evaluation in the testing stages of Big Sur to see if there are any potential compatibility issues. Appreciate you following up as its not an area I'm familiar with.
