Apple Watch connected - FaceTime not working

I have connected my new Apple Watch 6 to my iPhone 11 Pro Max, and I am not able to make FaceTime calls now. If I do the other person can’t hear or see me but I can see them, just not hear them. Help??

We understand that you're having issues with FaceTime after pairing your Apple Watch to your iPhone 11.


If you unpair the watch from your iPhone, does the issue continue? If so, make sure to back up then update both devices.


After updating the devices, test out FaceTime be fore re-pairing your watch to the iPhone. If it works, pair them and test it again.
