I have IPhone 11 Pro and Apple Watch 5 with Esim connection. I used to make the calls from Apple Watch without IPhone near to me. Since some time the problem started that I can hear from other end but the other couldn’t hear me.
So help me how can the problem get fixed with your help.

Yes I have a cellular Apple Watch.
I have restarted both IPhone and Apple watch.
Then I unpaired Apple Watch from Iphone
Then again paired and restarted again.
As of now the problem still not resolved after doing all above.
Hoping to get more suggestions.
Do you have cellular on your watch?
Try and restart the watch to see if the issue persists
