Facetime disconnects from wifi

We understand that your iPhone XR currently disconnects from Wi-Fi when using FaceTime. Does this happen with any other apps, or just FaceTime? If it's only happening with FaceTime, does the call drop when this happens, and do any other devices in the home experience the same problem?
