Some iOS Reminders Lists are missing from iCloud on the web

I have 17 lists in my Reminders app, but on icloud.com/reminders I only see 8 of those lists.

reminder from icloud.com doesn't show any lists I have multiple reminder lists I created on my iphone, like groceries, to-dos, etc. But when I go icloud.com/reminders, I don't see those reminder lists that I created from iphone, not only that, I also can't create a reminder list from icloud.com. There is simply no option for creating a new list on icloud.com. I have icloud sync option "on" for reminders on iphone. is this some kind of account/sync issue or does this icloud.com/reminders simply lack very important feature?

Reminders lists not visible on icloud.com I've reviewed quite a few threads on this community site regarding how reminders lists are no longer visible using icloud.com. On my iOS devices, they show up fine (although sorted in different ways). In iCloud.com, however, I only see one list, regardless of browser used. It seems nobody has found a solution to this. I upgraded to the latest version on iOS, I've tried everything suggested in https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT203521. Alas, no luck. Can someone please share their solution based on actual experience?

iOS 13 - iCloud Reminder via desktop app is missing some lists from iphone since OS update. iOS just released and now my 2010 macbook pro isn't compatible with the new lists, which is fine since there are icloud reminders. The issue is that not all of my iphone reminder lists are showing up in icloud reminders via desktp web app (Firefox) I tried turning syncing on and off, but it didn't change anything.

Try restoring them -- Restore contacts, calendars, bookmarks, and more using iCloud.com - Apple Support.
