My iPhone 11 Pro Max is glitching

I got my iPhone 11 in may and its been working perfectly fine. This morning I was able to use it and then I was trying to connect it to a Bluetooth speaker when it just stopped working and wouldn't let me open any apps. I could still scroll through my home pages and open the notification center but no apps. Then I tried to go and turn it off but it wouldn't let me. After a few seconds it would make an alarm sound. I don't know what to do.

Hey there abbygl,

We see that you are having some issues with your iPhone's responsiveness. We would love to assist you with resolving this issue.

If you are still unable to turn off your device, try a force restart, using the steps under the section 'If your screen is black or frozen':

If your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch won't turn on or is frozen

Then let's make sure that all the apps are up to date:

Update apps or use automatic downloads

Are you running the latest iOS version, iOS 14.0.1? If not let's have you update that as well:

Update your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch

Then check to see if you are able to open the apps. If you aren't, can you let us know if you are having issues with only third-party apps, only Apple apps, or a combo or both? Or apps from a specific app developer?

Kind regards.
