Hello, I'm having problem with this apps after I upgrade to iOS 14. Overtime I want to open the particular password, it freezes. I tried to contact the developer (Estill Hill) but no luck. Anyone having the same problem like me?
Your help is greatly appreciated.

Unfortunately, only the developer could have provided a means of exporting or saving the data, or perhaps syncing it to iCloud. If they didn’t there is no way to recover the data stored by the app. This is a security feature of Apple software; app data is “owned” by the app and is not accessible to any other app; not even Apple can access the data stored in an app.
I realize it will be tedious, but pretty much every application and website that uses passwords has a way to reset or recover lost passwords. Also, if you enabled Keychain in iOS your passwords will be saved in it. To check you can go to Settings/Passwords on your phone.

This is exactly the point! I do not mind them going out of the business or stopping support, the key requirement is to be given workable tool to move to another platform and recover passwords. This is not a mere whim, loosing all the passwords is very catastrophic!

Thank you for all the replies. Even though none of you can help me. Does anybody know this Estill Hill? He or she still alive? Tried to email her 4 times. I even ask in his/her twitter account. If this person is dead, it times for me to forget password on each of the apps that I'm using.
Anyone knows something about this developer ? Last update was 2 years ago and I wonder if he's just collecting the $$ ..Apple "is there a solution for this ? There is 200 Passwords frozen right now ?!!

Personally, this will be my 3rd painful transfer..always for the same reason.
I would say that with these kind of APP , it should be mandatory for the developer to provide a recovery back door to APPLE. What is going on when a developer die ?

I email the developers more than 10 times. No respond at all. I even tried DM her Twitter, and no luck too. Even though apple can't do much about this, apple should at least remove them from the App Store. Most of iphone users are switched to ios14.
Mr. Black great points! Another person commented that it has been a “heads up” moment and I couldn’t agree more. This has certainly opened my eyes to consider that I don’t have a back up to my back up! It was uncomfortable to think I may not have my passwords and would have to start all over. I never really did feel like this one was very secure.

Same problem here, extremely annoying and absolute lack of feedback from both developer and Apple support! This has to be addressed ASAP, given that the application is frequently used!!!
The problem is, I have more than 100 passwords there. How can the apps developer not responsible for this issue? Apple also should be held responsible for this matter.

It seems nobody knows the developer. I have close to 150 passwords too. I'm so ****** off!!! Honestly I gave up. I start forgot password on each of my account.
