I have almost exacty the same issue on my iMac (Retina 5K, 27-inch, 2020).
It was crashing 3-4 times a week, usually overnight. Apple Support had me reinstall the OS from Recovery, which seemed to help, but it crashed again last night 1 week post-reinstall.
Now they want me to take it in to a shop for diagnostics.

Hello there,
Same problem with me.
At the begening it was a total crash of the system without restarting : a sudden "power off" ! I waited 20min before I could use the mac again. Apple Store took it and changed the power module.
Since the iMac is kind of OK, but now it restarts from time to time, without any coherence or special trigger. I took off all RAM module to test them separately. The problem is still here.
I copy pasted the log below.
Take care everyone,

Same issue on Catalina 10.15.7 on MacBook Pro 2017. Multiple times a day even, not always identical crash. I think it might be related to my hard drive being plugged in or not, though I've had it for 3 years with no issue and it still works fine, clearly a macOS issue.
