Apple Event: May 7th at 7 am PT
Ever since updating to iOS 14 and iOS 14.0.1, I’ve had sound issues with the iPhone 11 Pro. Sound volume is extremely low for calls on speakerphone, watching YouTube videos, and listening to music.
Has anyone else experienced these issues?

Since updating to 14.0.1 my volume on phone calls is very low even with volume set to the highest it will go. No problem on speaker or connected to car kit. I would say the volume is half of what it used to be. Tried a reboot, no joy. Tried noise cancellation on and off, no joy.
I really struggle to hear the other person on the call without putting the speaker on 🙄
Apple still hasn't fixed this issue. None of the "fixes" listed in this message thread work. It's about time for Apple to refund the full amount for this iphone.

My iPhone XR speakers are down by 90% - full volume sounds like lowest volume of normal sound I used to get. Horrible!!!

Went to apple store, first suggestion was to clean out the speaker, it must have collected dust that muted sound because when she did, my phone worked great

Same problems here - was all ok until update to 14.7. 1 …. Now can’t hear very much at all on a call - have tried all suggestions and nothing seems to improve it
Not sure what Apple did but they definitely are the cause of these issues.
THEY DID NOTHING OF COURSE!! Go ANDROID NEXT PURCHASE. APPLE IS SELLING YOUR PRIVATE INFO NOW ANYWAY. TIME TO SEND THEM A MESSAGE
Hi, after the update of ios 14 two updates my Iphone 12 pro max volume becomes very less. Apple is ripping off us. We are buying too much expensive phones but all is waste. We can’t enjoy. Thanks
