Apple Wallet Not showing AMEX credit Card history and notifications

Of course if you roll back the iOS it will work. No one is questioning that. It’s the fact that they removed the feature in ios14 . This has been confirmed from multiple Apple techs . Not Apple store employees. Call Apple. It’s not a bug. They removed it so only Apple Pay notifications work.

And what action is that? You only posted you paid some company. I asked that company and they said they roll back the operating system. That isn’t a fix anyone can do that for free. It’s not a bug that can be fixed if Apple removed that feature from ios14

I have a solution. I had the same issue. If you download the AMEX app, then within the app go to ACCOUNT >NOTIFICATIONS > PURCHASE ALERTS>ON >SAVE, you will get purchase alert notifications. Just make sure on your iPhone or ios device, notifications for the AMEX app are enabled.

Download the AMEX app if you haven’t already. There is now a “Purchases” option in the notification settings. I had to delete and download the app again as the notification tab wasn’t working, but it’s all good now.

Unfortunately the Amex app notifications option no longer works either. My workaround is setting the main Amex website option to set an email and/or text alert whenever you make a “large” purchase over $10 (the minimum amount t for that alert).

This is not about Apple Pay. Please pay attention to the issue. Before the new update, if you used your credit card in person, over the internet, or using it on Apple Pay, we would receive a "notification" banner style on our home screen of that charge. It is a very useful tool to monitor fraud. It helped me in the past when I saw notifications for charges I did not make. After the release the notification does not work anymore. I already deleted and reentered all my cards as new, it still does not work. Simple logic deems its an issue with the software update. Millions of users are upset about this, we would appreciate that the developers of Apple be notified and this issue be corrected. Thanks

I have the same issue with my 11 Pro. All of a sudden my AMEX and other cards have stopped showing all transactions. I've tried turning notifications off/on then restarting as well as removing and re-adding each card. Still nothing. What's interesting is the transactions still show on my iPad just no longer on my phone.

I can only repeat: After installing iOS / iPadOS 14.2, my Amex transactions are shown again on both my iPhone and my iPad. I obtain the notification when a transaction is processed and I can see the complete history of all transactions (not only those issued by Apple Pay).

You may have to sign out of your Apple ID and back in or remove and add the card again. if those fail ago here - Apple Pay Customers

I'm having the exact same issue. Tried to remove and re-add the AMEX, still doesn't work. Please correct to show transaction history and recent transactions!
