Sync library is missing

Updated to iOS 14. All playlists are gone. Sync library option is no longer there. How can I get my playlists back?

Thanks for reaching out to us. We're happy to help with your missing playlists after the iOS 14 update. Are you subscribed to Apple Music or iTunes Match? If not, not seeing the option to "Sync Library" in the Music app settings is expected. Get more info on syncing the library here:

Turn on Sync Library with Apple Music

Now, do you have your music on a Mac or Windows PC with iTunes installed? If so, you can sync your music to your device using the steps here:

Sync your iPhone, iPad, or iPod using your computer
