Apple Watch Series 6 - CONSTANTLY locking

Both arms of tattoos, Right under the band is blue in my tattoo. My series 4 didn’t do this and now I’m regretting the upgrade. Come on Apple figure this out.

I just started having this problem after recent update. VERY FRUSTRATING!!

I may perhaps have mentioned how disappointed I am....... like buying a new car and the breaks keep coming on so the ‘advisor’ tells you to turn the breaks off

Unfortunately I think that’s just happenstance. As I got new iPhone 12 setup as new device also and the issue is still there.

Oooops scrap that after 10 mins it has reverted back to how it was ( insert sad face)

No! How weird! Maybe wear it for a bit on the other arm? I also decided to switch the orientation so that the wheel is facing inward. Maybe try that?

I am starting to have the same issue with my series 6. Had it for just over a month and now it has locked 3 times today while on my wrist. Very weird and irritating. Apple HELP!

I wound up restoring my watch the other day, turned my phone all the way off (iPhone 11) and then rebooted them both and they have worked fine, for now.

I tried this to no avail sadly 😢

Update: I have changed the Watch orientation to “Digital crown on left side” (watch is on left wrist but usually have the Digital Crown on RIGHT side for years), it’s been working for 1.5 days!!!!!

Yeah, it did not work at all. Pretty frustrated with Apple and their lack of response to this issue. I have repeatedly asked for assistance and got zero help.
