I have a hard disk attached to my Airport Extreme Base Station and a 2020 iPad Pro. How can I view the files on the hard drive using the files app on my iPad? I cannot seem to figure out how to connect to a server under the option to do so (under the three dots). I have no issues seeing this hard drive from my MacBook Pro. Thank you!

Apple does not want you to access a hard drive attached to the AirPort Extreme from an iOS device, so you will need to use a third party App like FileBrowser to do what you ask. More info here if you are interested:

Also note incredibly weakened security using Airport Disk on any device now that cannot use AFP protocol which is still possible only on a Mac. Airports have only supported SMB1 throughout their history which is now deprecated by all OS.
