Can not find files in iCloud.

I am getting notifications saying that I am running out of room in my iCloud storage. When I open iCloud, it says there is one app storing 3gb worth of documents. I can not locate these documents in my iCloud storage, and that app is no longer set up to use iCloud. I need to delete these docs from my iCloud, but not from the app. Where can I locate and delete these files?

iPhone 6 Plus, iOS 12
