Front camera random flash

Hey I was watching Netflix on an iPhone 11 in the dark and suddenly there was a white flash slightly dimmer than flash of the front camera. Could it be some hacker that took a picture of me or a problem from my phone?

My iPhone randomly flashes the front flash on its own I was reviewing activity on my home security cameras when I noticed my iPhone flashing several times very quickly almost like it was taking pictures with the front camera and using the flash function. This occurred on several occasions throughout the night. Is someone spying on me and taking pics or is the flash caused by something else?
