I have a hacker that created a family share with my info and now I can’t find him on the site? Can you help? I want the hacker to leave us alone

My ex-partner , has been hacking my entire families devices through ICloud, WiFi & Bluetooth . He must have added himself as a family share because he locked me out of iCloud and iTunes on my IPhone 7 and my IPhone 11!!! He hacked 3 other cell phones as well as our cable TV. Can you help secure and recover all of the emails he has hijacked? I need my photos and contacts. The actual emails I’m not so worried about.

I have tried fhis already multiple times and he just re-infects the phones and emails no matter how I secure them. trying new ways to keep our credentials private and secure. its sad and scary. anyone? can you give advice on this? i have a brain injury and my parents are 80 years old. none if us have money

If you change your Apple ID to something very complex and enable two-factor authentication, then I'm not sure how he/she/they are still able to compromise your personal information.
