iPad Delivery Delay

Okay. So I ordered my iPad Pro (2020) through my college campus bookstore on August 21. It is now about to be October 1, and I haven’t received it. I’ve tried to be patient. It’s almost 6 weeks now. Ridiculous. I’ve spoken to the manager of the tech department 2 weeks ago, and he said it would be in a week at the latest. That week went by and still no iPad. I went back last week on Friday the 25 of September, and a worker said it would be come in a couple of days. It still has not. At this point, I’d want to know what could I do other than wait because I’ve been waiting for almost 6 weeks now..
