Disable recurring YouTube app message: "Video paused. Continue watching?"

When i am streaming youtube through my apple tv I get the following message

“Video paused. Continue watching?"

and I have to hit the ok button. Over and over. And over.

I don't want to have to keep going back periodically just to hit the button, especially when kicking back with friends to enjoying a long music video.

Yes to having searched and this appears to be an issue using other devices and you can add an extension through Chrome, but can't seem to find the equivalent for Apple TV through here.

I have even deleted the app and downloaded it again with no effect as the message still appears.

This seems crazy-ridiculous, and there isn’t anything that I’ve found that solves it.

Any solutions known? Anyone?? Thanks in advance.
