my Podcast has been rejected, what is the reason and what is the solution?

Well, as you haven't posted the URL of your feed I can't make any assessment. However you may find it instructive to l;ook at thie Apple Help page which lists the reasons you might be rejected.
Go to https://help.apple.com/itc/podcasts_connect/#/itc1723472cb and click 'Content requirements'.
Of those listed, the most common reasons are the use of copyrighted recordings without written clearance, and the presence of strong or sexual language in episodes when the 'itunes:explicit' tag is not set to 'true' (or in the titles, subtitles or descriptions no matter what that tag is set to).
