When using safari on my iPhone, a pop up from google pops up several times a day which is very annoying. It says that there is suspicious activity coming from my IP address and it needs me to do a CAPTCHA (human verification) in order to proceed, theres no X button. Google says this is probably malware. Is this Malware that’s been installed from clicking on a bad website or link? If so how to I fix it?

Just scam attempt, neither malware nor virus on an updated iPhone, unless it has been jailbroken.
Try this:--> Clear the history and cookies from Safari on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support
When done restart your iPhone and test it

One other possibility. How many Safari pages do you have open? Tap on the squares in the lower right corner and close them if you have a lot of open pages.
That’s the most likely.
It’s got to have something to do with your carrier. Is the IP address always the same?
I’ve never seen it, but I don’t use Google search as I don’t want all of my searches sold to advertisers.
I haven’t paid attention to the op address being the same, but I will start taking note of it. I’ve wondered if changing my IP address could do anything, do you know if that could fix?
Go to Settings/Safari and you can choose a default search engine. DuckDuckGo is the only one that doesn’t track or sell your search history.
