Backup of iPhone fails

My iPhone Se (first edition) refuses to backup to iCloud AND Mac. At some point I was trying iMazing and it gave me this error message:

iMazing could not back up iPhone SE.
An app installed on your device seems to be corrupted and therefore iMazing cannot back up your device.

Details: Error (101) stat error: Illegal byte sequence (92) at path "/.ba/mobile/Containers/Data/PluginKitPlugin/DEC14ACD-BD12-4678-B565-63546BD26557/Library/Caches" (MBErrorDomain/101)

Is there a way to find out what app it is, instead of deleting all apps?

It was a tedious work of deleting one app at a time, and retry backup with iMazing. At some point after deleting the podcasts app it finished the backup, so that must have been the culprit.

Already did. Support couldn't help. Waiting for level 2 support on Monday.

But any app (AnyTrans, etc) I try gives about the same error, so there must be something wrong on my iPhone. PluginKitPlugin seems to be related to app extensions.

How did you figure out which App to delete. I have almost the same error message but I can not figure out which App is causing the issue.
