Spectrum TV App

Recently, when I try to stream TV on my Apple TV 4K and click on the Spectrum TV App, I get audio only. Then if I reboot the Apple TV, it works fine with video but only for that session. My Apple TV is updated and the Spectrum TV App is updated. This just started a couple of weeks ago. Has anybody had a similar issue and any suggestions?
