Spectrum TV App

Recently, when I try to stream TV on my Apple TV 4K and click on the Spectrum TV App, I get audio only. Then if I reboot the Apple TV, it works fine with video but only for that session. My Apple TV is updated and the Spectrum TV App is updated. This just started a couple of weeks ago. Has anybody had a similar issue and any suggestions?

Apple TV Audio There is no sound coming out of my tv when I use my apple tv device to watch tv through streaming apps. However there is sound when I scroll around the different apps or the shows within the app. It is not until I click the show to watch that there is no sound. This is for a number of streaming services. I was wondering if this has been seen before and if there is a way to fix it?

That very well could be a networking issue. Please do the following in this order:

Restart Modem
Restart Router
unplug Apple TV for 2-3 minutes and re-plug in and test.

If the problem persists you may not have adequate bandwidth to support all the devices in your home.

Seems to have worked. Will see what happens after a the Apple TV has been shutdown later. THX.\
