Login problems.

My friend has a MacBook Air and whenever she tries to open it it keeps on asking for the administrator's name and password can someone help?

No one can or should know someone else's login name and password. If she forgot her password it can be reset:

Her Apple ID can also be used to reset a login password. Refer to If you forgot your Apple ID password.
