I was working on my iPad for more than 2h and opened it in my iMac using handoff (it was in iCloud). When I checked a few minutes later, it had disappeared from both devices. The "recently deleted" folder wasn't visible on iPad or iMac. It wasn't there in the iCloud deleted files as well. Please resolve this bug

It's not a solution (bc I think it's a bug) but at least a tip for how to avoid this in the future:
I've noticed that this only happens to notes that don't start with text, say you start a note on your iPad and handwrite the whole thing. If you title the note with typed text like "Week 1 Notes", then proceed to handwriting below, it'll transfer over Handoff without issue.
